The hotel staff were great and the shower products were divine, although the rooms had no view. It was clean overall, but some areas could use more attention. The hotel is tucked away in an Arcade on the High Street, offering a central location with easy access to shops and restaurants.

I absolutely loved the modern meets traditional design features of the hotel. The maze-like layout added a unique charm. While it took a bit of time for the room to warm up, the big suite made up for it.

The hotel room was so comfy and clean, just as expected from Indigo hotels, but it didn't have that 'wow' factor this time. The service was A* with very friendly and helpful staff, although they seemed a bit busy at breakfast. The location was ideal for our plans in Cardiff City center, but finding parking was a little bit tricky. The dining experience was very good with a great menu selection, but not quite up to the usual Hotel Indigo standard. Overall, a comfortable stay with attentive service and a convenient location.

The mini bar only had 1 small mini bottle of rose wine, which was a bit disappointing, but the extremely comfortable bed, all the plug sockets, lovely bathroom, and well-designed space made up for it.
